Holiday time is quickly approaching, which means there will be lots of parties and socializing. We all know this can also mean temptation when it comes to food indulgences, so I thought now would be the perfect time to put together a quick and efficient workout to help avoid holiday weight gain.

Each exercise in the circuit should be done for 60 seconds followed by a 30-second rest.
1. BUTT JUMP KICKS
2. CURTSY SQUAT AND HOLD
3. LUNGE SWITCHES
4. LEG RAISES
5. AB TWISTS
6. TOE TOUCHES
7. PLANK SHOULDER TOUCHES
8. WALK IN AND OUT
